Been coming here for pedicure and I always love the service of the male staff. His work is gentle, delicate and careful and you can really see he takes his time to clean and care for your nails. However, first time trying the manicure and just asked to have a clear polish. The polish started chipping and cracking after a day or two. I think they put acetone or something to make their nail polish liquidy again and it affects the quality. The lady who did my mani also seemed in a rush and didn’t even do my cuticles properly, she just kept on talking and talking while doing my nails. I don’t recommend getting service from the lady staff.

I use them for years, but it was my last time visiting them. I took me and my daughters two weeks ago to see them. We all had pedicures , and they did a horrible job. Our feet still feel ruff after. I feel they start rushing. Yesterday we went to London nails, and what a difference.

I used to like going there , but I find the wife & husband are always arguing in viatamese& she’s constantly on the phone while doing your nails. Also they charge full price for pedicures and now it’s basically a quick wash of your feet and filing of your toes for $30.00! She didn’t even listen when I told her the length of my nails was too short- she said “ they’ll grow” very disappointed will not go back! Charged me full price for a child’s painting of nails and toes no pedicure, no design.

I am giving it two stars because the quality of work is not bad.I had shellac nails last week. The the device they used to dry my nails was outdated, it burned my nails few times , and the shellac materials were weak, I noticed my nails surface are creating cracks after 3 days of my session. Also it was hard to communicate with them in English, the woman has been living in Canada for 20 years and she can't say basic things.

Worst experience ever, lady there is so loud. She’s not even aware how to treat there clients. I got my nails done on 27th and after 3 days this was the result. I request them to correct it but the lady said we charge you extra. In 3 days which is nothing I’m started experiencing cracks in my nails. Moreover there is no display of which nail colour you want. They only have 10-20 nail paints you have to choose from them. I thought to visit them because I’m living near by and I saw there rating as 4.1 which is totally misleading. Please be aware, instead try HiHa nails or Aloha they are much much much better. Worst experience ever in getting nails done as well as customer service. I don’t even wanna rate it as 1, if possible I will rate it in negative.
